Purpose and information submitted

The contact form is for professional application, development, document and project enquiries. It requests your name, work e-mail address, subject, message and privacy acknowledgement; organisation and telephone are optional. Microbac uses this information only to assess, answer and follow up the enquiry. Do not submit confidential formulations, health data or other sensitive information.

Delivery and recipients

The website is hosted on Vercel. Messages are checked on the server and forwarded by e-mail to info@microbac.nl through the e-mail service Brevo (transactional e-mail), with your e-mail address as the reply address. If forwarding fails, the form shows a clear error message and the details you entered stay in the form. Please treat your message as received only once you see the confirmation; the general contact address on the contact page remains available at all times.

Technical anti-abuse processing

To protect the form against misuse, the server checks the size and content of submissions and limits repeated requests. Technical logs do not contain your name, e-mail address, organisation, telephone number or message text; they may contain general technical details such as the language setting and the length of a message.

Storage and retention

The website does not store contact-form submissions in a database or file. The details you enter stay on your browser page for as long as it is open. Once a message has been forwarded by e-mail, it is held in the recipients’ mailboxes and with Brevo, the e-mail service used for delivery.

No analytics, advertising or subscription

This website currently uses no analytics, advertising trackers, marketing subscription or tracking cookies. A contact enquiry is not a newsletter or marketing opt-in, and the submitted details are not used for advertising by the website.

You can contact Microbac through the contact page or at info@microbac.nl with questions about this processing, or to ask about access, correction, deletion or objection where applicable.

When you select a language, the functional microbac-language cookie remembers your choice for one year. It contains only the language code and is not used for tracking. When you visit the root domain without a saved preference, the website uses the country Vercel derives from your IP address. If no suitable country match is available, it uses your browser language, then English. Direct language URLs keep their specified language.
